Mild nausea: Add 3 drops to a tissue and inhale. Or add 3-4 drops to hot water and deeply inhale steam. Repeat every 3-4 hours.
Tension headache: Add 3 drops peppermint oil to 1mL carrier oil and rub on temples. Repeat as required.
Nasal & chest congestion: Add 3-4 drops to hot water and deeply inhale steam. Repeat every 3-4 hours.

Suitable to ingest only at doses recommended. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. Not to be used neat on skin. If irritation develops, discontinue use. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. Avoid contact with eyes.
Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation.
For inhalations, always place bowl on a stable surface before pouring hot water.
