Lavender oil massage blend DIY

Lavender oil is one of the most universally popular of all essential oils.  Incredibly versatile, it’s especially prized in beauty and wellbeing treatments due to its relaxing and soothing properties.

While lavender oil can be used in a diffuser or bath, one of the best ways to truly take advantage of its benefits is in a massage blend.

Lavender oil’s fresh and sweet aroma promotes a restful atmosphere, which is why it’s commonly used in massage.  It naturally calms and soothes, helping you unwind and relax.

This massage blend is easy to make in just minutes and is perfect for when you’re feeling drained at the end of a challenging day.  Super nourishing, it can be smoothed on as a body oil after a warm bath or shower, or pamper yourself or a partner with a massage.
