- Most orders will be delivered within 10 days from dispatch, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Once your order is placed through our secure Shopify checkout system, it is sent for processing. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy sale periods.
We provide for free delivery on orders over $85 or more (including GST) after all discounts and promotions are applied. Free delivery applies to current shipping network. Please note: there are regional and rural post codes that are excluded from our network.

At various times of the year, Newsletter Email Sign Up can include an offer consisting of a Discount Off Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for the first order. This “Welcome Discount” is subject to specific terms and conditions. The Discount, offered via a Discount Code is valid for one use, for a new customer only. This Discount Code is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other codes or offers. The Discount code cannot be used retrospectively and is only available at the discretion of FGB. The “Welcome Discount” will not be applied if an attempt is made to create more than one sign up by the same person using multiple email addresses.
